Welcome to Laifour, a village on the Meuse, where people talk about the boar (wild pig)
at the only bar ”The Guet Apens” in a juicy French Ardeens dialect
remember ”Asterix and Obelix-like”. This particular bar, where you can drink Suze
and can get bread and croissants every morning.

Nearby: Charleville-Mezieres, Couvin, Musée de la Forêt,
several walks in the forest and along the Meuse river.
You can choose a stay for a weekend (Friday 14 pm until Sunday evening),
or a week from Monday morning until Friday afternoon 12 o'clock.

The House has a capacity for 10 to 14 persons
and welcomes you in a landscape of Ardeens hills.
 On the gardenside, only a part of the house is visible
but on the street side the whole house can be seen.

The House offers :
on 1st floor: large kitchen and living room, large dining room,
bedroom with 2 single beds, with large shower (equipped for wheelchair - and older people),
separated  WC, hall and storage space. On the 2nd floor: 3 bedrooms on the renovated top floor:
1) bedroom 1: double bed; 2) bedroom 2: 1 bunk bed (fits for 2 adults) and 2 single beds;
3) bedroom 3: double bed; 4) There are also five single mattresses which can be used
for the young in the attic space; 5) shower room and WC.

Garden: large terrace with patio furniture available.
